Are you a detail-oriented Accountant looking for a flexible work environment? We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Tax Manager who wants a long-term home and a clear path to future leadership/partnership to join our Tax Team.
About the Role:
As a Tax Manager, you’ll manage a meaningful book of business, mentor staff, and be part of a collaborative team that’s planning for the next generation of firm leadership. You’ll play a key role in preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns during the busiest times of year. You’ll ensure compliance with tax regulations and identify valuable tax-saving opportunities for clients, all while working with a dynamic and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain client relationships throughout the year to understand their evolving needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their financial and business objectives
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities
- Assist with tax planning and projections for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding tax issues, deadlines, and documentation
- Stay current on tax law changes and best practices
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed
- Attend industry meetings and conferences and network with clients and potential clients
- Provide value to overall firm strategy and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience at national, regional or local firm with a strong client service orientation
- CPA having already attained the position of manager at their current CPA firm (or strong Senior ready for Manager)
- Significant experience with individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust returns
- Ability to manage client relationships from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrated ability to engage prospective clients and develop tailored proposals in response to RFPs for business engagements.
- Ability to train, supervise, and manage staff including review of returns and related workpapers, provision of review comments and follow up
- Have a strong interest in firm leadership and aspire to become partner
Most of our clients are in Bucks and Montgomery Counties with some clients in other surrounding areas.

Are you a detail-oriented Tax Accountant looking for flexible work with seasonal variety? We’re seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join our team serving our individual and business clients. Strong advancement opportunities.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in preparing individual and business tax returns, working closely as part of our team. The workload will ramp up between January and April, with a lighter schedule from May through December, offering an excellent work-life balance for the right professional. This position can be hybrid or fully remote.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities
- Assist with tax planning and projections for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding tax issues, deadlines, and documentation
- Stay current on tax law changes and best practices
- Adjust clients’ books and records as needed annually, quarterly or monthly.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience at national, regional or local firm
- Significant experience with individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust returns
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Proficiency with tax software, preferably UltraTax and document management systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience preparing nonprofit returns a plus

Are you a detail-oriented Accountant looking for flexible work with seasonal variety? We’re seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Audit team serving our municipal and nonprofit clients.
About the Role: We are committed to using our accounting knowledge to help our clients develop their organizations to their fullest potential. Correspondingly, we want to grow our team members to their fullest potential. As an Audit Manager you will be responsible for maintaining audit quality standards, managing client relationships, and training and mentoring staff. You’ll be responsible for executing and reviewing audits, compilations, and reviews, as well as preparing and reviewing nonprofit Form 990s. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high-quality audit standards and supporting client success.
Our busiest periods are March–May and September–November. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a lighter schedule during the off-season.
Our clients are primarily based in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, with a few located in the surrounding region. This position is hybrid, with both remote and on-site client engagements.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and review audits, compilations, and reviews for nonprofit and municipal clients and other audit clients.

- Prepare and review nonprofit Pennsylvania BCO 10s

- Proven experience to complete quality work in a timely manner

We are seeking a seasoned accountant to join Bee, Bergvall & Co. in serving nonprofits and municipalities with interim finance services and special projects to address a variety of needs of the client.
About the Role:
This role is designed for an experienced finance leader who thrives in dynamic environments, working with diverse clientele on short-term and long-term engagements.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide flexible support to organizations in an interim capacity
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Ensure Compliance & Controls
- Consult on Financial Planning & Forecasting

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years in a senior executive finance role (CFO, Controller, Finance Director, or equivalent)
- Progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance and management
- Demonstrated experience working within nonprofit organizations, including knowledge of donation and grant tracking, cost allocation and reporting, and the basic principles of donor and funder engagement.
- Prior engagement with local municipal governments or public-sector entities strongly preferred.
- Technically adept across all core areas of financial management: cash flow management, financial analysis, revenue projections, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk assessments.
- Skilled with financial and related software platforms, such as QuickBooks and municipal software packages, with demonstrated ability to evaluate, configure, and leverage system capabilities for maximum operational effectiveness.
- Deep familiarity with GAAP and, as applicable, GASB or FASB standards governing governmental and/ or nonprofit financial reporting.
