You’ll ensure compliance with tax regulations and identify valuable tax-saving opportunities for clients, all while working with a dynamic and collaborative team. Bee, Bergvall & Co is looking for a strong Tax Manager with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience at national, regional or local firm
- CPA having already attained the position of manager at their current CPA firm
- Significant experience with individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust returns
- Ability to manage client relationships from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrated ability to engage prospective clients and develop tailored proposals in response to RFPs for business engagements.
- Attend industry meetings and conferences and network with clients and potential clients
- Ability to train, supervise, and manage staff including review of returns and related workpapers, provision of review comments and follow up
- Maintain client relationships throughout the year to understand their evolving needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their financial and business objectives
- Provide value to overall firm strategy and operational initiatives
- Actively engage in the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives, representing the firm with professionalism and purpose
The ideal candidate will:
- Have local or regional firm experience with a strong client service orientation
- Have a strong interest in firm leadership and aspire to become partner
- Be active in professional associations or industry organizations, ideally through board or committee participation
- Meet with business clients throughout the year

Are you a detail-oriented Tax Accountant looking for flexible work with seasonal variety? We’re seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join our team—someone who thrives during tax season and enjoys a reduced schedule the rest of the year.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, supporting clients through compliance and planning, and working closely with our team during the busiest times of year. The workload will ramp up between January and April, with a lighter schedule from May through December, offering an excellent work-life balance for the right professional.
Most of our clients are in Bucks and Montgomery Counties with some clients in other surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Assist with tax planning and projections for clients
- Communicate with clients regarding tax issues, deadlines, and documentation
- Stay current on tax law changes and best practices
- Collaborate with the firm’s team to ensure high-quality service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience at national, regional or local firm
- Significant experience with individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust returns
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Proficiency with tax software, preferably UltraTax
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work increased hours during tax season (January–April) and fewer hours the rest of the year

About the Role: We are committed to using our accounting knowledge to help our clients develop their organizations to their fullest potential. Correspondingly, we want to grow our team members to their fullest potential. As an Audit Manager you will be responsible for maintaining audit quality standards, managing client relationships, and training and mentoring staff.
We believe the following qualifications and skills will make a valuable contribution to our team:
- Minimum 5 years public firm experience
- CPA license or equivalent
- Strong audit, accounting and analytical skills
- Proven experience completing audits, reviews and compilations from start to finish
- Proven experience managing an audit team to complete quality work in a timely manner
- Work independently & as part of a team directly serving clients
- Nonprofit experience preferred; Single audit experience a plus
- Municipal experience a plus
- Provide value to overall firm strategy and operational initiatives
